14 Solomon received an annual income of six hundred sixty-six kikkars of gold,

Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was
six hundred and sixty and six talents of gold.
] From Ophir and Tarshish, and wherever he traded; which was of our money, according to Berewood F11, 2,997,000 pounds; or as another learned man F12, who makes it equal to 5,138,520 ducats of gold.

12 The king used the almug wood to make parapets for the LORD's temple and for the royal palace as well as lyres and harps for the musicians. To this day, that much almug wood hasn't come into or been seen in Israel.
