Those who keep is τῶν τηροῦντων [tōn tērountōn] , present tense participle: those presently watching over and guarding. The angel is among the blessed ones who conveys and seeks to preserve what God has said to John (Rev. Rev. 1:3+, Rev. 22:7+).

Worship God.
Because God is Creator and all else is creature, He alone may be worshiped. See commentary on Revelation 4:11 and Revelation 19:10.
