32 Yuēhàn yòu zuò jiànzhèng shuō , wǒ céng kànjian Shènglíng , fǎngfú gēzi cóng tiān jiàng xià , zhù zaì tāde shēnshang.

John 1:32

And John bare record
The same day that he said the above things, and at the same time:

saying, I saw the Spirit;
that is, of God, as is said in ( Matthew 3:16 ) and which Nonnus here expresses; and the Ethiopic version reads, "the Holy Ghost",

descending from heaven like a dove;
at the time of his baptism; (See Gill on Matthew 3:16).

And it abode upon him;
for some time; so long as that John had a full sight of it, and so was capable of giving a perfect account of it, and bearing a certain and distinct testimony to it.

30 Zhè jiù shì wǒ céng shuō , yǒu yī wèi zaì wǒ yǐhòu lái , fǎn chéng le zaì wǒ yǐqián de . yīn tā bĕnlái zaì wǒ yǐqián.

31 Wǒ xiānqián bú rènshi tā , rújīn wǒ yòng shuǐ shīxǐ , wèi yào jiào tā xiǎnmíng gĕi Yǐsèliè rén.

32 Yuēhàn yòu zuò jiànzhèng shuō , wǒ céng kànjian Shènglíng , fǎngfú gēzi cóng tiān jiàng xià , zhù zaì tāde shēnshang.

33 Wǒ xiānqián bú rènshi tā . zhǐshì nà chāi wǒ lái yòng shuǐ shīxǐ de , duì wǒ shuō , nǐ kànjian Shènglíng jiàng xià lái , zhù zaì shuí de shēnshang , shuí jiù shì yòng Shènglíng shīxǐ de.

34 Wǒ kànjian le , jiù zhèngmíng zhè shì shén de érzi.
