9 And he did what was evil in the sight of the LORD, as his fathers had done. He did not depart from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, 1which he made Israel to sin.

Ver. 9 And he did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, as his
fathers had done
Even all his predecessors, from the time of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, from whose sin, in worshipping the calves, they departed not.
