24
But
1I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only
2I may finish my course and
3the ministry
4that I received from the Lord Jesus,
5to testify to
6the gospel of
7the grace of God.
25
And now, behold,
8I know that none of you among whom I have gone about
9proclaiming the kingdom will see my face again.
26
Therefore
10I testify to you this day that
11I am innocent of the blood of all of you,
27
for
12I did not shrink from declaring to you
13the whole counsel of God.
28
14Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all
15the flock, in which
16the Holy Spirit has made you
17overseers,
18to care for
19the church of God, which he
20obtained
21with his own blood.
29
I
22know that after my departure
23fierce wolves will come in among you,
24not sparing the flock;
30
and
25from among your own selves will arise men speaking twisted things, to draw away the disciples after them.
31
Therefore
26be alert, remembering that
27for three years I did not cease night or day
28to admonish everyone
29with tears.
32
And now
30I commend you to God and to
31the word of his grace, which is able to
32build you up and to give you
33the inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
33
34I coveted no one's silver or gold or apparel.
34
35You yourselves know that
36these hands ministered to my necessities and
37to those who were with me.
