Leviticus 27:34

These are the commandments which the Lord commanded Moses,
&c.] Meaning either what are contained in this chapter, or rather in the whole book, which he delivered to Moses:

for the children of Israel;
to be observed by them, priests and people: and these were given to him

in Mount Sinai;
either when upon it, or rather when near it, in the wilderness of it, after the tabernacle was set up, and the Lord spake to him out of that; see ( Leviticus 1:1 ) ( 25:1 ) .

Leviticus 27:34 In-Context

32 Every tenth head of cattle or sheep that you counted is holy and belongs to the LORD.
33 You must not look to see if it is good or bad or exchange it. But if you do exchange it, both the first animal and its substitute will be holy. They cannot be bought back."
34 These are the commands the LORD gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.
