Isaiah 18:2-7 NIV

2 which sends envoys1 by sea in papyrus2 boats over the water. Go, swift messengers, to a people tall and smooth-skinned,3 to a people feared far and wide, an aggressive4 nation of strange speech, whose land is divided by rivers.5
