Behold, I come quickly; hold fast that which thou hast, that no one take thy crown.

He that overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go out no more, and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God which is the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from and with my God, and I will write upon him my new name.

He that has an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the congregations {Gr. ekklesia – called out ones}.

And unto the angel of the congregation {Gr. ekklesia – called out ones} of the Laodiceans write; Behold, he who saith, Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God:

I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot; I would thou wert cold or hot.
