After looking up 1the disciples, we stayedtheresevendays; and they kept tellingPaul2through the Spirit not to setfoot in Jerusalem.

When our days there were ended, we left and started on our journey, while they all, with wives and children, 3escorted us until we were out of the city. After 4kneeling*down* on the beach and praying, we saidfarewell to oneanother.

Then we went on board the ship, and they returned5home again.

When we had finished the voyage from 6Tyre, we arrived at Ptolemais, and after greeting7the brethren, we stayed with them for a day.

On the nextday we left and came to 8Caesarea, and entering the house of 9Philip the 10evangelist, who was 11one of the seven, we stayed with him.

Nowthismanhadfourvirgindaughters who were 12prophetesses.

As we were staying there for somedays, a prophetnamed13Agabuscamedown from Judea.

And coming to us, he 14tookPaul'sbelt and bound his ownfeet and hands, and said, "This15is what the HolySpiritsays: 'In thisway the Jews at Jerusalem will 16bind the manwhoownsthisbelt and 17deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.' "

When we had heardthis, we as well as the localresidents began begging him 18not to go up to Jerusalem.

ThenPaulanswered, "What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For 19I amready not only to be bound, but even to die at Jerusalem for 20the name of the LordJesus."

And since he would not be persuaded, we fellsilent, remarking, "21The will of the Lord be done!"
