211Do you not know? Have you not heard? Has it not been declared to you from the beginning? Have you not understood2from the foundations of the earth?
It is He who asitsabove the b3circle of the earth, And its inhabitants are like 4grasshoppers, Who 5stretches out the heavens like a 6curtain And spreads them out like a 7tent to dwell in.
He it is who reduces8rulers to nothing, Who 9makes the judges of the earthcmeaningless.
24dScarcely have they been planted, eScarcely have they been sown, fScarcely has their stocktakenroot in the earth, But He merelyblows on them, and they wither, And the 10stormcarries them away like stubble.
"11To whom then will you liken Me That I would be his equal?" says the HolyOne.
2612Lift up your eyes on high And see13who has createdthese stars, The 14One who leadsforth their host by number, He calls them all by name; Because of the 15greatness of His might and the gstrength of His power, 16Not one of them is missing.
2717Why do you say, O Jacob, and assert, O Israel, "My way is 18hidden from the LORD, And the 19justice due me hescapes the notice of 20my God "?

He givesstrength to the 24weary, And to him who lacksmight He 25increasespower.
Though 26youthsgrowweary and tired, And vigorous27youngmenstumblebadly,
Yet those who iwait for the LORD Will 28gainnewstrength; They will j29mount up with kwings like eagles, They will run and not gettired, They will walk and not becomeweary.
