When they heard it, they began to go out one by one, beginning with the olderones, and He was leftalone, and the woman, where she was, in the center of the court.

1Straightening up, Jesussaid to her, "Woman, where are they? Did noonecondemn you?"

She said, "Noone, Lord." And Jesussaid, "2I do not condemn you, either. Go. From now on 3sinnomore."]
Jesus Is the Light of the World
12ThenJesusagainspoke to them, saying, "4I am the Light of the world; 5he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life."

So the Phariseessaid to Him, "6You are testifyingaboutYourself; Your testimony is not true."

Jesusanswered and said to them, "7Evenif I testifyaboutMyself, My testimony is true, for I know8where I came from and where I am going; but 9you do not knowwhere I come from orwhere I am going.

"10You judgeaccording to the flesh; 11I am not judginganyone.

"But even12if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone in it, but I and the Father who sent Me.

"Even in 13your law it has been written that the testimony of 14twomen is true.

"I am He who testifiesaboutMyself, and 15the Father who sent Me testifiesabout Me."

So they were saying to Him, "Where is Your Father?" Jesusanswered, "You knowneither Me nor My Father; 16if you knew Me, you would know My Fatheralso."
