15"Beware of the 1falseprophets, whocome to you in sheep'sclothing, but inwardly are 2ravenouswolves.16"You will a3know them by their fruits. bGrapes are not gathered from thorn bushes norfigs from thistles, are they?17"So4everygoodtreebearsgoodfruit, but the badtreebearsbadfruit.18"A goodtreecannotproducebadfruit, nor can a badtreeproducegoodfruit.19"5Everytree that does not beargoodfruit is cutdown and thrown into the fire.20"Sothen, you will cknow them 6by their fruits.21"7Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.22"8Many will say to Me on 9that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your namecast out demons, and in Your nameperformmanydmiracles?'23"And then I will declare to them, 'I neverknew you; 10DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICELAWLESSNESS.'
24"Therefore11everyonewhohearsthesewords of Mine and eacts on them, fmay be compared to a wisemanwhobuilt his house on the rock.25"And the rainfell, and the gfloodscame, and the windsblew and slammedagainst that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock.26"Everyone who hearsthesewords of Mine and does not hact on them, will be like a foolishmanwhobuilt his house on the sand.27"The rainfell, and the ifloodscame, and the windsblew and slammedagainst that house; and it fell -and great was its fall."28j12WhenJesus had finishedthesewords, 13the crowds were amazed at His teaching;
