38 'Joshua the son of Nun, who stands before you, he shall enter there; encourage him, for he will cause Israel to inherit it.
10 "Remember the day you stood before the LORD your God at Horeb, when the LORD said to me, 'Assemble the people to Me, that I may let them hear My words so they may learn to fear Me all the days they live on the earth, and that they may teach their children.' 11 "You came near and stood at the foot of the mountain, and the mountain burned with fire to the very heart of the heavens: darkness, cloud and thick gloom.
5 while I was standing between the LORD and you at that time, to declare to you the word of the LORD ; for you were afraid because of the fire and did not go up the mountain. He said,
31 'But as for you, stand here by Me, that I may speak to you all the commandments and the statutes and the judgments which you shall teach them, that they may observe them in the land which I give them to possess.'
8 At that time the LORD set apart the tribe of Levi to carry the ark of the covenant of the LORD , to stand before the LORD to serve Him and to bless in His name until this day.
10 "I, moreover, stayed on the mountain forty days and forty nights like the first time, and the LORD listened to me that time also; the LORD was not willing to destroy you.
12 "The man who acts presumptuously by not listening to the priest who stands there to serve the LORD your God, nor to the judge, that man shall die; thus you shall purge the evil from Israel.
5 "For the LORD your God has chosen him and his sons from all your tribes, to stand and serve in the name of the LORD forever .
7 then he shall serve in the name of the LORD his God, like all his fellow Levites who stand there before the LORD .
17 then both the men who have the dispute shall stand before the LORD , before the priests and the judges who will be in office in those days.
11 "You shall remain outside, and the man to whom you make the loan shall bring the pledge out to you.
8 "Then the elders of his city shall summon him and speak to him. And if he persists and says, 'I do not desire to take her,'
12 "When you cross the Jordan, these shall stand on Mount Gerizim to bless the people: Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Joseph, and Benjamin. 13 "For the curse, these shall stand on Mount Ebal: Reuben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
15 but both with those who stand here with us today in the presence of the LORD our God and with those who are not with us here today
15 The LORD appeared in the tent in a pillar of cloud, and the pillar of cloud stood at the doorway of the tent.
