9 "Be broken, O peoples, and be shattered; And give ear, all remote places of the earth. Gird yourselves, yet be shattered; Gird yourselves, yet be shattered.

Isaiah 45:5

5 "I am the LORD , and there is no other; Besides Me there is no God. I will gird you, though you have not known Me;

Isaiah 50:11

11 Behold, all you who kindle a fire, Who encircle yourselves with firebrands, Walk in the light of your fire And among the brands you have set ablaze. This you will have from My hand: You will lie down in torment.
