18 Hijitos, ya es la postrera hora; y como vosotros habéis oído que el anticristo ha de venir, así también al presente han comenzado a ser muchos anticristos; por lo cual sabemos que es el último tiempo.

Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour.
19 <I>Ellos</I> salieron de nosotros, mas no eran de nosotros, porque si fueran de nosotros, hubieran <I>sin duda</I> permanecido con nosotros; pero <I>esto es</I> para que se manifestara que todos no son de nosotros.

They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.
20 Mas vosotros tenéis la Unción del Santo, y conocéis todas las cosas.

But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth.
21 No os he escrito como si ignoraseis la verdad, sino como a los que la conocéis, y que ninguna mentira es de la verdad.

I do not write to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it and because no lie comes from the truth.
