Leviticus 25:35-36

35 'Now in case a countryman of yours becomes poor and his means with regard to you falter, then you are to sustain him, like a stranger or a sojourner, that he may live with you.
35 “ ‘If any of your fellow Israelites become poor and are unable to support themselves among you, help them as you would a foreigner and stranger, so they can continue to live among you.
36 'Do not take usurious interest from him, but revere your God, that your countryman may live with you.
36 Do not take interest or any profit from them, but fear your God, so that they may continue to live among you.
