New Living Translation (NLT) New International Version (NIV)
Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will give us later. 18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
For all creation is waiting eagerly for that future day when God will reveal who his children really are. 19 The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed.
Against its will, everything on earth was subjected to God's curse. 20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope
All creation anticipates the day when it will join God's children in glorious freedom from death and decay. 21 that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.
