9 And the LORD said unto me, Distress not the Moabites, neither contend with them in battle; for I will not give thee of their land <em>for</em> a possession because I have given Ar unto the sons of Lot <em>for</em> an inheritance.
9 Then the LORD said to me, “Do not harass the Moabites or provoke them to war, for I will not give you any part of their land. I have given Ar to the descendants of Lot as a possession.”
