7 But the house of Yisra'el will not listen to you; for they will not listen to me: for all the house of Yisra'el are of hard forehead and of a stiff heart.

But the people of Israel are not willing to listen to you because they are not willing to listen to me, for all the Israelites are hardened and obstinate.
