4 I will cause them to be tossed back and forth among all the kingdoms of the eretz, because of Menashsheh, the son of Hizkiyahu, king of Yehudah, for that which he did in Yerushalayim.

I will make them abhorrent to all the kingdoms of the earth because of what Manasseh son of Hezekiah king of Judah did in Jerusalem.
