5 Why have I seen them dismayed <em>and</em> turned away back? and their mighty ones are beaten down and are fled in haste, and do not look back: <em>for</em> fear <em>was</em> round about, said the LORD.
5 What do I see? They are terrified, they are retreating, their warriors are defeated. They flee in haste without looking back, and there is terror on every side,” declares the LORD.
