1 Cuídame, oh Dios, porque en ti busco refugio.

Keep me safe, my God, for in you I take refuge.
2 Yo le he dicho al SEÑOR: «Mi Señor eres tú.Fuera de ti, no poseo bien alguno».

I say to the LORD, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.”
3 En cuanto a los santos que están en la tierra,son los gloriosos en quienes está toda mi delicia.

I say of the holy people who are in the land, “They are the noble ones in whom is all my delight.”
4 Aumentarán los doloresde los que corren tras otros dioses.¡Jamás derramaré sus sangrientas libaciones,ni con mis labios pronunciaré sus nombres!

Those who run after other gods will suffer more and more. I will not pour out libations of blood to such gods or take up their names on my lips.
5 Tú, SEÑOR, eres mi porción y mi copa;eres tú quien ha afirmado mi suerte.

LORD, you alone are my portion and my cup; you make my lot secure.
6 Bellos lugares me han tocado en suerte;¡preciosa herencia me ha correspondido!

The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.
7 Bendeciré al SEÑOR, que me aconseja;aun de noche me reprende mi conciencia.

I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me.
8 Siempre tengo presente al SEÑOR;con él a mi derecha, nada me hará caer.

I keep my eyes always on the LORD. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
9 Por eso mi corazón se alegra,y se regocijan mis entrañas;todo mi ser se llena de confianza.

Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure,
10 No dejarás que mi vida termine en el sepulcro;no permitirás que sufra corrupción tu siervo fiel.

because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, nor will you let your faithful one see decay.
11 Me has dado a conocer la senda de la vida;me llenarás de alegría en tu presencia,y de dicha eterna a tu derecha.

You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
