KJV 8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, NIV 8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them: "Rulers and elders of the people! KJV 9 If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole ; NIV 9 If we are being called to account today for an act of kindness shown to a cripple and are asked how he was healed, KJV 10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified , whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. NIV 10 then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. KJV 11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders , which is become the head of the corner. NIV 11 He is " 'the stone you builders rejected, which has become the capstone. ' KJV 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved . NIV 12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."
