Genesis 9:24-29

RSV 24 When Noah awoke from his wine and knew what his youngest son had done to him, NIV 24 When Noah awoke from his wine and found out what his youngest son had done to him, RSV 25 he said, "Cursed be Canaan; a slave of slaves shall he be to his brothers." NIV 25 he said, "Cursed be Canaan! The lowest of slaves will he be to his brothers." RSV 26 He also said, "Blessed by the LORD my God be Shem; and let Canaan be his slave." NIV 26 He also said, "Blessed be the LORD, the God of Shem! May Canaan be the slave of Shem. RSV 27 God enlarge Japheth, and let him dwell in the tents of Shem; and let Canaan be his slave." NIV 27 May God extend the territory of Japheth; may Japheth live in the tents of Shem, and may Canaan be his slave." RSV 28 After the flood Noah lived three hundred and fifty years. NIV 28 After the flood Noah lived 350 years. RSV 29 All the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years; and he died. NIV 29 Altogether, Noah lived 950 years, and then he died.
