Isaiah 12

ASV 1 And in that day thou shalt say, I will give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah; for though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away and thou comfortest me. NIV 1 In that day you will say: "I will praise you, O LORD. Although you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you have comforted me. ASV 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for Jehovah, [even] Jehovah, is my strength and song; and he is become my salvation. NIV 2 Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation." ASV 3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation. NIV 3 With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. ASV 4 And in that day shall ye say, Give thanks unto Jehovah, call upon his name, declare his doings among the peoples, make mention that his name is exalted. NIV 4 In that day you will say: "Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted. ASV 5 Sing unto Jehovah; for he hath done excellent things: let this be known in all the earth. NIV 5 Sing to the LORD, for he has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world. ASV 6 Cry aloud and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion; for great in the midst of thee is the Holy One of Israel. NIV 6 Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you."
