Isaiah 32:5-8

NRS 5 A fool will no longer be called noble, nor a villain said to be honorable. NIV 5 No longer will the fool be called noble nor the scoundrel be highly respected. NRS 6 For fools speak folly, and their minds plot iniquity: to practice ungodliness, to utter error concerning the Lord, to leave the craving of the hungry unsatisfied, and to deprive the thirsty of drink. NIV 6 For the fool speaks folly, his mind is busy with evil: He practices ungodliness and spreads error concerning the LORD; the hungry he leaves empty and from the thirsty he withholds water. NRS 7 The villainies of villains are evil; they devise wicked devices to ruin the poor with lying words, even when the plea of the needy is right. NIV 7 The scoundrel's methods are wicked, he makes up evil schemes to destroy the poor with lies, even when the plea of the needy is just. NRS 8 But those who are noble plan noble things, and by noble things they stand. NIV 8 But the noble man makes noble plans, and by noble deeds he stands.
