Mark 3:13-19

RSV 13 And he went up on the mountain, and called to him those whom he desired; and they came to him. NIV 13 Jesus went up on a mountainside and called to him those he wanted, and they came to him. RSV 16 Simon whom he surnamed Peter; NIV 16 These are the twelve he appointed: Simon (to whom he gave the name Peter); RSV 17 James the son of Zeb'edee and John the brother of James, whom he surnamed Bo-aner'ges, that is, sons of thunder; NIV 17 James son of Zebedee and his brother John (to them he gave the name Boanerges, which means Sons of Thunder); RSV 18 Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Cananaean, NIV 18 Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus, Simon the Zealot RSV 19 and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him. Then he went home; NIV 19 and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him.
