Mark 3:22-30

NAS 22 The scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying, "He is possessed by Beelzebul," and "He casts out the demons by the ruler of the demons." NIV 22 And the teachers of the law who came down from Jerusalem said, "He is possessed by Beelzebub ! By the prince of demons he is driving out demons." NAS 23 And He called them to Himself and began speaking to them in parables, "How can Satan cast out Satan? NIV 23 So Jesus called them and spoke to them in parables: "How can Satan drive out Satan? NAS 24 "If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. NIV 24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. NAS 25 "If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. NIV 25 If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. NAS 26 "If Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but he is finished! NIV 26 And if Satan opposes himself and is divided, he cannot stand; his end has come. NAS 27 "But no one can enter the strong man's house and plunder his property unless he first binds the strong man, and then he will plunder his house. NIV 27 In fact, no one can enter a strong man's house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can rob his house. NAS 28 "Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter; NIV 28 I tell you the truth, all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them. NAS 29 but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin "- NIV 29 But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin." NAS 30 because they were saying, "He has an unclean spirit." NIV 30 He said this because they were saying, "He has an evil spirit."
