KJV 12 And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith , Why doth this generation seek after a sign? verily I say unto you, There shall no sign be given unto this generation. NIV 12 He sighed deeply and said, "Why does this generation ask for a miraculous sign? I tell you the truth, no sign will be given to it." KJV 13 And he left them, and entering into the ship again departed to the other side. NIV 13 Then he left them, got back into the boat and crossed to the other side. "Watch out for the yeast of the Pharisees and that of Herod." KJV 16 And they reasoned among themselves, saying , It is because we have no bread. NIV 16 They discussed this with one another and said, "It is because we have no bread." NIV 17 Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked them: "Why are you talking about having no bread? Do you still not see or understand? Are your hearts hardened?
