Psalm 119:65-72

NIRV 65 Lord, be good to me as you have promised. NIV 65 Do good to your servant according to your word, O LORD. NIRV 66 Increase my knowledge and give me good sense, because I believe in your commands. NIV 66 Teach me knowledge and good judgment, for I believe in your commands. NIRV 67 Before I went through suffering, I went down the wrong path. But now I obey your word. NIV 67 Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I obey your word. NIRV 68 You are good, and what you do is good. Teach me your orders. NIV 68 You are good, and what you do is good; teach me your decrees. NIRV 69 Proud people have spread lies about me and have taken away my good name. But I follow your rules with all my heart. NIV 69 Though the arrogant have smeared me with lies, I keep your precepts with all my heart. NIRV 70 Their hearts are hard and stubborn. They don't feel anything. But I take delight in your law. NIV 70 Their hearts are callous and unfeeling, but I delight in your law. NIRV 71 It was good for me to suffer. That's what helped me to understand your orders. NIV 71 It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees. NIRV 72 The law you gave is worth more to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold. NIV 72 The law from your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold.
