Psalm 139:18-24

NLT 18 I can’t even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up, you are still with me! NIV 18 Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand. When I awake, I am still with you. NLT 19 O God, if only you would destroy the wicked! Get out of my life, you murderers! NIV 19 If only you would slay the wicked, O God! Away from me, you bloodthirsty men! NLT 20 They blaspheme you; your enemies misuse your name. NIV 20 They speak of you with evil intent; your adversaries misuse your name. NLT 21 O , shouldn’t I hate those who hate you? Shouldn’t I despise those who oppose you? NIV 21 Do I not hate those who hate you, O LORD, and abhor those who rise up against you? NLT 22 Yes, I hate them with total hatred, for your enemies are my enemies. NIV 22 I have nothing but hatred for them; I count them my enemies. NLT 23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. NIV 23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. NLT 24 Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life. NIV 24 See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
