Psalm 16:1-6

WEB 1 <<A Poem by David.>> Preserve me, God, for in you do I take refuge. NIV 1 Keep me safe, O God, for in you I take refuge. WEB 2 My soul, you have said to Yahweh, "You are my Lord. Apart from you I have no good thing." NIV 2 I said to the LORD, "You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing." WEB 3 As for the saints who are in the earth, They are the excellent ones in whom is all my delight. NIV 3 As for the saints who are in the land, they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight. WEB 4 Their sorrows shall be multiplied who give gifts to another god. Their drink-offerings of blood I will not offer, Nor take their names on my lips. NIV 4 The sorrows of those will increase who run after other gods. I will not pour out their libations of blood or take up their names on my lips. WEB 5 Yahweh assigned my portion and my cup. You made my lot secure. NIV 5 LORD, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. WEB 6 The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places. Yes, I have a good inheritance. NIV 6 The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.
