Psalm 87

WBT 1 A Psalm [or] Song for the sons of Korah. His foundation [is] in the holy mountains. NIV 1 He has set his foundation on the holy mountain; WBT 2 The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. NIV 2 the LORD loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. WBT 3 Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah. NIV 3 Glorious things are said of you, O city of God: "Selah" WBT 4 I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to them that know me: behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Cush; this [man] was born there. NIV 4 "I will record Rahab and Babylon among those who acknowledge me-- Philistia too, and Tyre, along with Cush-- and will say, 'This one was born in Zion.' " WBT 5 And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the Highest himself shall establish her. NIV 5 Indeed, of Zion it will be said, "This one and that one were born in her, and the Most High himself will establish her." WBT 6 The LORD shall count, when he writeth up the people, [that] this [man] was born there. Selah. NIV 6 The LORD will write in the register of the peoples: "This one was born in Zion." "Selah" WBT 7 As well the singers as the players on instruments [shall be there]: all my springs [are] in thee. NIV 7 As they make music they will sing, "All my fountains are in you."
