1 Canción de Salmo a los hijos de Coré. Grande <I>es</I> el SEÑOR y digno de ser en gran manera alabado en la ciudad de nuestro Dios, <I>en</I> el monte de su santidad.

Great is the LORD, and most worthy of praise, in the city of our God, his holy mountain.
2 Hermosa provincia, el gozo de toda la tierra <I>es</I> el monte de Sion, a los lados del aquilón, la ciudad del gran Rey.

Beautiful in its loftiness, the joy of the whole earth, like the heights of Zaphon is Mount Zion, the city of the Great King.
3 Dios en sus palacios es conocido por <I>lugar de</I> refugio.

God is in her citadels; he has shown himself to be her fortress.
4 Porque he aquí los reyes de la tierra fueron reunidos; pasaron todos.

When the kings joined forces, when they advanced together,

As we have heard, so we have seen in the city of the LORD Almighty, in the city of our God: God makes her secure forever.
9 Concebimos según tu misericordia, oh Dios, en medio de tu Templo.

Within your temple, O God, we meditate on your unfailing love.
10 Conforme a tu Nombre, oh Dios, así <I>es</I> tu loor hasta los fines de la tierra; de justicia está llena tu diestra.

Like your name, O God, your praise reaches to the ends of the earth; your right hand is filled with righteousness.
11 Se alegrará el monte de Sion; se gozarán las hijas de Judá por tus juicios.

Mount Zion rejoices, the villages of Judah are glad because of your judgments.
12 Andad alrededor de Sion, y rodeadla; contad sus torres.

Walk about Zion, go around her, count her towers,
13 Considerad bien su antemuro, mirad sus palacios; para que lo contéis a la generación venidera.

consider well her ramparts, view her citadels, that you may tell of them to the next generation.
14 Porque este Dios <I>es</I> Dios nuestro eternalmente y para siempre; El nos capitaneará hasta la muerte.

For this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide even to the end.
