1 No me reprendas, SEÑOR, en tu ira;no me castigues en tu furor.

1 LORD, do not rebuke me in your anger or discipline me in your wrath.

2 Tenme compasión, SEÑOR, porque desfallezco;sáname, SEÑOR, que un frío de muerte recorre mis huesos.

2 Have mercy on me, LORD, for I am faint; heal me, LORD, for my bones are in agony.

3 Angustiada está mi alma;¿hasta cuándo, SEÑOR, hasta cuándo?

3 My soul is in deep anguish. How long, LORD, how long?

4 Vuélvete, SEÑOR, y sálvame la vida;por tu gran amor, ¡ponme a salvo!

4 Turn, LORD, and deliver me; save me because of your unfailing love.

5 En la muerte nadie te recuerda;en el sepulcro, ¿quién te alabará?

5 Among the dead no one proclaims your name. Who praises you from the grave?

6 Cansado estoy de sollozar;toda la noche inundo de lágrimas mi cama,¡mi lecho empapo con mi llanto!

6 I am worn out from my groaning. All night long I flood my bed with weeping and drench my couch with tears.

7 Desfallecen mis ojos por causa del dolor;desfallecen por culpa de mis enemigos.

7 My eyes grow weak with sorrow; they fail because of all my foes.

8 ¡Apártense de mí, todos los malhechores,que el SEÑOR ha escuchado mi llanto!

8 Away from me, all you who do evil, for the LORD has heard my weeping.

9 El SEÑOR ha escuchado mis ruegos;el SEÑOR ha tomado en cuenta mi oración.

9 The LORD has heard my cry for mercy; the LORD accepts my prayer.

10 Todos mis enemigos quedarán avergonzados y confundidos;¡su repentina vergüenza los hará retroceder!

10 All my enemies will be overwhelmed with shame and anguish; they will turn back and suddenly be put to shame.
