Zephaniah 3:9-13

NRS 9 At that time I will change the speech of the peoples to a pure speech, that all of them may call on the name of the Lord and serve him with one accord. NIV 9 "Then will I purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him shoulder to shoulder. NRS 10 From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, my scattered ones, shall bring my offering. NIV 10 From beyond the rivers of Cush my worshipers, my scattered people, will bring me offerings. NRS 11 On that day you shall not be put to shame because of all the deeds by which you have rebelled against me; for then I will remove from your midst your proudly exultant ones, and you shall no longer be haughty in my holy mountain. NIV 11 On that day you will not be put to shame for all the wrongs you have done to me, because I will remove from this city those who rejoice in their pride. Never again will you be haughty on my holy hill. NRS 12 For I will leave in the midst of you a people humble and lowly. They shall seek refuge in the name of the Lord— NIV 12 But I will leave within you the meek and humble, who trust in the name of the LORD. NRS 13 the remnant of Israel; they shall do no wrong and utter no lies, nor shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouths. Then they will pasture and lie down, and no one shall make them afraid. NIV 13 The remnant of Israel will do no wrong; they will speak no lies, nor will deceit be found in their mouths. They will eat and lie down and no one will make them afraid."
