One of them named8Agabusstood up and began to indicate by the Spirit that there wouldcertainly be a greatfamine9allover the world. And thistookplace in the reign of 10Claudius.

And in the proportion that any of 11the discipleshadmeans, each of them determined to send a contribution for the relief of 12the brethrenliving in Judea.

13And this they did, sending it in charge* of 14Barnabas and Saul to the 15elders.
