John 10:26-36

but 1you do not believe because you are not part of my flock.
2My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.
3I give them eternal life, and 4they will never perish, and 5no one will snatch them out of my hand.
My Father, 6who has given them to me,[a]7 is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of 8the Father's hand.
9I and the Father are one."
10The Jews picked up stones again to stone him.
Jesus answered them, "I have shown you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you going to stone me?"
The Jews answered him, "It is not for a good work that we are going to stone you but 11for blasphemy, because you, being a man, 12make yourself God."
Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in 13your Law, 14'I said, you are gods'?
If he called them gods to whom the word of God came--and Scripture cannot be 15broken--
o you say of him whom 16the Father consecrated and 17sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because 18I said, 'I am the Son of God'?
