1All mine are yours, and yours are mine, and 2I am glorified in them.

And I am no longer in the world, but 3they are in the world, and 4I am coming to you. 5Holy Father, 6keep them in your name, 7which you have given me, 8that they may be one, 9even as we are one.

10While I was with them, I kept them in your name, which you have given me. I have 11guarded them, and 12not one of them has been lost except 13the son of destruction, 14that the Scripture might be fulfilled.

But now 15I am coming to you, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have 16my joy fulfilled in themselves.

17I have given them your word, and 18the world has hated them 19because they are not of the world, 20just as I am not of the world.

I 21do not ask that you 22take them out of the world, but that you 23keep them from 24the evil one.[a]

25They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.

26Sanctify them[b] in the truth; 27your word is truth.

28As you sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world.

And 29for their sake 30I consecrate myself,[c] that they also 31may be sanctified[d] in truth.
