Matthew 25:29-39

29 "¹For to everyone who has, more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away.

30 "Throw out the worthless slave into ²the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The Judgment

31 "But when ³the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then ⁴He will sit on His glorious throne.

32 "All the nations will be ⁵gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, ⁶as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats;

33 and He will put the sheep ⁷on His right, and the goats ⁸on the left.

34 "Then the King will say to those on His right, 'Come, you who are blessed of My Father, ⁹inherit the kingdom prepared for you ¹⁰from the foundation of the world.

35 'For ¹¹I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; ¹²I was a stranger, and you invited Me in;

36 ¹³naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you ¹⁴visited Me; ¹⁵I was in prison, and you came to Me.'

37 "Then the righteous will answer Him, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink?

38 'And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You?

39 'When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?'
