Fatherhood of God

Recently there was a story on the radio about a bank in Pennsylvania that has never had a foreclosure. Ninety-five percent of their customers are Old Order Amish. They never borrow money except to buy a farm. The bank has loaned millions, and only one man was late with a payment—and he was only five days late. How do they decide to make a loan when there is no paper trail, no credit history and no credit cards? The banker finds out who the man’s father is and who his wife’s father is. That is what the decision is based on.
Isn’t that interesting! If we have God as our Father, we have the best reference in the world. It is also something to live up to.
