Psalm 22:21-31 (New International Version)

21
Rescue me from the mouth of the lions;1 savea me from the horns of the wild oxen.2
22
I will declare your name to my brothers; in the congregation3 I will praise you.4
23
You who fear the LORD, praise him!5 All you descendants of Jacob, honor him!6 Revere him,7 all you descendants of Israel!
24
For he has not despised8 or disdained the suffering of the afflicted one;9 he has not hidden his face10 from him but has listened to his cry for help.11
25
From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly;12 before those who fear youb will I fulfill my vows.13
26
The poor will eat14 and be satisfied; they who seek the LORD will praise him--15 may your hearts live forever!
27
All the ends of the earth16 will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him,17
28
for dominion belongs to the LORD18 and he rules over the nations.
29
All the rich19 of the earth will feast and worship;20 all who go down to the dust21 will kneel before him-- those who cannot keep themselves alive.22
30
Posterity23 will serve him; future generations24 will be told about the Lord.
31
They will proclaim his righteousness25 to a people yet unborn26-- for he has done it.27
