O LORD my God, I called to you for help1 and you healed me.23
O LORD, you brought me up from the gravea;3 you spared me from going down into the pit.44
Sing5 to the LORD, you saints6 of his; praise his holy name.75
For his anger8 lasts only a moment,9 but his favor lasts a lifetime;10 weeping11 may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.126
When I felt secure, I said, "I will never be shaken."137
O LORD, when you favored me, you made my mountainb stand firm; but when you hid your face,14 I was dismayed.
To you, O LORD, I called; to the Lord I cried for mercy:
"What gain is there in my destruction,c in my going down into the pit?15 Will the dust praise you? Will it proclaim your faithfulness?1610
Hear,17 O LORD, and be merciful to me;18 O LORD, be my help.19"
You turned my wailing20 into dancing;21 you removed my sackcloth22 and clothed me with joy,2312
that my heart may sing to you and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give you thanks24 forever.25
