And he began to speak unto thembyparables.A certain manplanted a vineyard,andset an hedge about it, anddigged a place for the winefat,andbuilt a tower,andletitout to husbandmen,and went into a far country .

And at the season he sentto the husbandmen a servant,that he might receivefrom the husbandmenof the fruit of the vineyard.

And they caught him, and beathim,and sent him awayempty.

Andagain he sentuntothemanotherservant; and at him they cast stones , and wounded him in the head , and sent him away shamefully handled .

Andagain he sentanother; and him they killed , andmanyothers* ; beating some , and killing some .

Havingyetthereforeoneson,hiswellbeloved, he senthimalsolastuntothem,saying* , They will reverencemyson.

Butthosehusbandmensaidamongthemselves,This*is the heir;come , let us killhim,and the inheritance shall beours.

And they tookhim, and killed him, andcast him out of the vineyard.

Whatshalltherefore the lord of the vineyarddo ? he will comeanddestroy the husbandmen,and will give the vineyard unto others.

And have yenotreadthisscripture; The stonewhich the buildersrejectedis*become the head of the corner:

Thiswas the Lord'sdoing* , and it ismarvellousinoureyes?
