Isaiah 29:18

18 On that day the deaf will hear words of a book, And out of their gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind will see.

Isaiah 35:5

5 Then the eyes of the blind will be opened And the ears of the deaf will be unstopped.

Isaiah 42:7

7 To open blind eyes, To bring out prisoners from the dungeon And those who dwell in darkness from the prison .
