Isaiah 8:6

6 "Inasmuch as these people have rejected the gently flowing waters of Shiloah And rejoice in Rezin and the son of Remaliah;

Isaiah 24:8

8 The gaiety of tambourines ceases, The noise of revelers stops, The gaiety of the harp ceases.

Isaiah 24:11

11 There is an outcry in the streets concerning the wine; All joy turns to gloom. The gaiety of the earth is banished.

14 Because the palace has been abandoned, the populated city forsaken. Hill and watch-tower have become caves forever , A delight for wild donkeys, a pasture for flocks;
