Romans 6:9

9 knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him.

Romans 6:14

14 For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

Romans 7:1

1 Or do you not know, brethren (for I am speaking to those who know the law ), that the law has jurisdiction over a person as long as he lives?

Romans 14:9

9 For to this end Christ died and lived again, that He might be Lord both of the dead and of the living.
