1 Zhòngrén jiāng shén de yuē guì qǐng jìn qù , ānfàng zaì Dàwèi suǒ dā de zhàngmù lǐ , jiù zaì shén miànqián xiàn Fánjì hépíng ān zhaì .

They brought the ark of God and set it inside the tent that David had pitched for it, and they presented burnt offerings and fellowship offerings before God.
2 Dàwèi xiàn wán le Fánjì hépíng ān zhaì , jiù fèng Yēhéhuá de míng gĕi mín zhùfú ,

After David had finished sacrificing the burnt offerings and fellowship offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD.
3 Bìngqiĕ fēn gĕi Yǐsèliè rén , wúlùn nánnǚ , mĕi rén yī gè bǐng , yī kuaì ròu , yī gè pútào bǐng .

Then he gave a loaf of bread, a cake of dates and a cake of raisins to each Israelite man and woman.

He appointed some of the Levites to minister before the ark of the LORD, to extol, thank, and praise the LORD, the God of Israel:
5 Wèi shǒu de shì Yàsà , qí cì Shìsǎ jiā lì yǎ , Yǎxuē , shì mǐ là mò , Yéxiē , Mǎtātíyǎ , Yǐlì yē , Bǐnáyǎ , é bié Yǐdōng , Yélì , gǔ sè tán qín . wéiyǒu Yàsà qiāo bó , dà fā xiǎngshēng .

Asaph was the chief, and next to him in rank were Zechariah, then Jaaziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, Obed-Edom and Jeiel. They were to play the lyres and harps, Asaph was to sound the cymbals,
6 Jìsī Bǐnáyǎ hé Yǎhāxī cháng zaì shén de yuē guì qián chuīhào .

and Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests were to blow the trumpets regularly before the ark of the covenant of God.

That day David first appointed Asaph and his associates to give praise to the LORD in this manner:
8 Nǐmen yào chēngxiè Yēhéhuá , qiúgào tāde míng , zaì wàn mín zhōng chuányáng tāde zuòwéi .

Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done.
9 Yào xiàng tā chàng shī , gēsòng , tánlùn tā yīqiè qímiào de zuòwéi .

Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts.
10 Yào yǐ tāde shèng míng kuā yào . xúnqiú Yēhéhuá de rén , xīn zhōng yīngdāng huānxǐ .

Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.
11 Yào xúnqiú Yēhéhuá yǔ tāde nénglì , shícháng xúnqiú tāde miàn .

Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always.

Remember the wonders he has done, his miracles, and the judgments he pronounced,

you his servants, the descendants of Israel, his chosen ones, the children of Jacob.

He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth.

the covenant he made with Abraham, the oath he swore to Isaac.

He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:

“To you I will give the land of Canaan as the portion you will inherit.”

When they were but few in number, few indeed, and strangers in it,

they wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another.

He allowed no one to oppress them; for their sake he rebuked kings:
22 Shuō , bùkĕ nán wèi wǒ shòu gāo de rén , yĕ bùkĕ è dāi wǒde xiānzhī .

“Do not touch my anointed ones; do my prophets no harm.”
23 Quán dì dōu yào xiàng Yēhéhuá gē chàng . tiāntiān chuányáng tāde jiùēn ,

Sing to the LORD, all the earth; proclaim his salvation day after day.
24 Zaì liè bāng zhōng shùshuō tāde róngyào , zaì wàn mín zhōng shùshuō tāde qí shì .

Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples.
25 Yīn Yēhéhuá wéi dà , dāng shòu jí dà de zànmĕi . tā zaì wàn shén zhī shàng , dāng shòu jìngwèi .

For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods.
26 Waì bāng de shén dōu shǔ xū wú , wéidú Yēhéhuá chuàngzào zhū tiān .

For all the gods of the nations are idols, but the LORD made the heavens.
27 Yǒu zūnróng hé wēiyán zaì tā miànqián , yǒu nénglì hé xǐlè zaì tā shèng suǒ .

Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and joy are in his dwelling place.
28 Mín zhōng de wàn zú a , nǐmen yào jiāng róngyào nénglì guī gĕi Yēhéhuá , dōu guī gĕi Yēhéhuá .

Ascribe to the LORD, all you families of nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength.

Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; bring an offering and come before him. Worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness.

Tremble before him, all the earth! The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.
31 Yuàn tiān huānxǐ , yuàn dì kuaìlè . yuàn rén zaì liè bāng zhōng shuō , Yēhéhuá zuò wáng le .

Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let them say among the nations, “The LORD reigns!”
32 Yuàn hǎi hé qízhōng suǒ chōngmǎn de pēng paì . yuàn tián hé qízhōng suǒyǒude dōu huānlè .

Let the sea resound, and all that is in it; let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them!
33 Nàshí , lín zhōng de shùmù dōu yào zaì Yēhéhuá miànqián huānhū , yīnwei tā lái yào shĕnpàn quán dì .

Let the trees of the forest sing, let them sing for joy before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth.

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.
35 Yào shuō , zhĕngjiù wǒmen de shén a , qiú nǐ jiù wǒmen , jùjí wǒmen , shǐ wǒmen tuōlí waì bāng , wǒmen hǎo chēngzàn nǐde shèng míng , yǐ zànmĕi nǐ wèi kuā shēng .

Cry out, “Save us, God our Savior; gather us and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name, and glory in your praise.”
36 Yēhéhuá Yǐsèliè de shén , cóng gèn gǔ zhídào yǒngyuǎn , shì yīngdāng chēngsòng de . zhòng mín dōu shuō , āmén . bìngqiĕ zànmĕi Yēhéhuá .

Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Then all the people said “Amen” and “Praise the LORD.”

David left Asaph and his associates before the ark of the covenant of the LORD to minister there regularly, according to each day’s requirements.
38 Yòu paì é bié Yǐdōng hé tāde dìxiōng liù shí bā rén , yǔ Yédùdùn de érzi é bié Yǐdōng , bìng hé sà zuò shǒu mén de .

He also left Obed-Edom and his sixty-eight associates to minister with them. Obed-Edom son of Jeduthun, and also Hosah, were gatekeepers.
39 Qiĕ paì jìsī Sādū hé tā dìxiōng zhòng jìsī zaì Jībiàn de qiū tán , Yēhéhuá de zhàngmù qián Fánjì tán shàng , mĕi rì zǎo wǎn , zhào zhe Yēhéhuá lǜfǎ shū shàng suǒ fēnfu Yǐsèliè rén de , cháng gĕi Yēhéhuá xiàn Fánjì .

David left Zadok the priest and his fellow priests before the tabernacle of the LORD at the high place in Gibeon

to present burnt offerings to the LORD on the altar of burnt offering regularly, morning and evening, in accordance with everything written in the Law of the LORD, which he had given Israel.
41 Yǔ tāmen yītóng beì paì de yǒu Xīmàn , Yédùdùn , hé qíyú beì xuǎn míngzi lù zaì cè shàng de , chēngxiè Yēhéhuá , yīn tāde cíaì yǒngyuǎn chángcún .

With them were Heman and Jeduthun and the rest of those chosen and designated by name to give thanks to the LORD, “for his love endures forever.”
42 Xīmàn , Yédùdùn tóng zhe tāmen chuīhào , qiāo bó , dà fā xiǎngshēng , bìng yòng biéde yuè qì suí zhe gēsòng shén . Yédùdùn de zǐsūn zuò shǒu mén de .

Heman and Jeduthun were responsible for the sounding of the trumpets and cymbals and for the playing of the other instruments for sacred song. The sons of Jeduthun were stationed at the gate.
43 Yúshì zhòng mín gè guī gè jiā . Dàwèi yĕ huí qù wèi jiā juàn zhùfú .

Then all the people left, each for their own home, and David returned home to bless his family.
