2 En David zeide, dat men vergaderen zou de vreemdelingen, die in het land Israels waren; en hij bestelde steenhouwers, om uit te houwen stenen, welke men behouwen zou, om het huis Gods te bouwen.
2 So David gave orders to assemble the foreigners residing in Israel, and from among them he appointed stonecutters to prepare dressed stone for building the house of God.
