1 Dìxiōng men , wǒ cóng qián duì nǐmen shuōhuà , bùnéng bǎ nǐmen dāng zuò shǔlíng de , zhǐ dé bǎ nǐmen dāng zuò shǔ ròutǐ , zaì Jīdū lǐ wéi yīnghái de .
1 Brothers and sisters, I could not address you as people who live by the Spirit but as people who are still worldly—mere infants in Christ.
2 Wǒ shì yòng nǎi wèi nǐmen , méiyǒu yòng fàn wèi nǐmen . nàshí nǐmen bùnéng chī , jiù shì rújīn háishì bùnéng .
2 I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready.
3 Nǐmen réng shì shǔ ròutǐ de . yīnwei zaì nǐmen zhōngjiān yǒu jídù fèn zhēng , zhè qǐbù shì shǔ hū ròutǐ , zhào zhe shìrén de yàngzi xíng má .
3 You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere humans?
4 Yǒu shuō , wǒ shì shǔ Bǎoluó de . yǒu shuō , wǒ shì shǔ yà bō luó de . zhè qǐbù shì nǐmen hé shìrén yíyàng má .
4 For when one says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” are you not mere human beings?
5 Yà bō luó suàn shénme . Bǎoluó suàn shénme . wúfēi shì zhíshì , zhào zhǔ suǒ cìgĕi tāmen gèrén de , yǐndǎo nǐmen xiāngxìn .
5 What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task.
6 Wǒ zāizhòng le , yà bō luó jiāo guàn le . wéiyǒu shén jiào tā shēng zhǎng .
6 I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.
7 Kè jiàn zāizhòng de suàn bùdé shénme , jiāo guàn de yĕ suàn bùdé shénme . zhǐ zaì nà jiào tā shēng zhǎng de shén .
7 So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.
8 Zāizhòng de hé jiāo guàn de dōu shì yíyàng . dàn jiānglái gèrén yào zhào zìjǐ de gōngfu , dé zìjǐ de shǎngcì .
8 The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor.
9 Yīnwei wǒmen shì yǔ shén tóng gōng de . nǐmen shì shén suǒ gēngzhòng de tiándì , suǒ jiànzào de fángwū .
9 For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.
10 Wǒ zhào shén suǒ gĕi wǒde ēn , hǎoxiàng yī gè cōngming de gōng tóu , lì hǎo le gēnjī , yǒu biérén zaì shàngmian jiànzào . zhǐshì gèrén yào jǐnshèn zĕnyàng zaì shàngmian jiànzào .
10 By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should build with care.
11 Yīnwei nà yǐjing lì hǎo de gēnjī , jiù shì Yēsū Jīdū , cǐ waì méiyǒu rén néng lì biéde gēnjī .
11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
12 Ruò yǒu rén yòng jīn , yín , bǎoshí , cǎo mù , hé jiē, zaì zhè gēnJīshàng jiànzào .
12 If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw,
13 Gèrén de gōng chéng bìrán xiǎnlù . yīnwei nà rìzi yào jiāng tā biǎomíng chūlai , yǒu huǒ fāxiàn . zhè huǒ yào shìyàn gèrén de gōng chéng zĕnyàng .
13 their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work.
14 Rén zaì nà gēnJīshàng suǒ jiànzào de gōng chéng , ruò cún dé zhù , tā jiù yào dé shǎngcì .
14 If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward.
15 Rén de gōng chéng ruò beì shāo le , tā jiù yào shòu kuī sún . zìjǐ què yào déjiù . suīrán déjiù nǎi xiàng cóng huǒ lǐ jīngguò de yíyàng .
15 If it is burned up, the builder will suffer loss but yet will be saved—even though only as one escaping through the flames.
16 Qǐbù zhī nǐmen shì shén de diàn , shén de líng zhù zaì nǐmen lǐtou má .
16 Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?
17 Ruò yǒu rén huǐhuaì shén de diàn , shén bìyào huǐhuaì nà rén . yīnwei shén de diàn shì shèng de , zhè diàn jiù shì nǐmen .
17 If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple.
18 Rén bùkĕ zìqī . nǐmen zhōngjiān ruò yǒu rén , zaì zhè shìjiè zì yǐwéi yǒu zhìhuì , dǎo bú rú biàn zuò yúzhuō , hǎo chéngwéi yǒu zhìhuì de .
18 Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise.
19 Yīn zhè shìjiè de zhìhuì , zaì shén kān shì yúzhuō . rú jīng shàng jì zhe shuō , zhǔ jiào yǒu zhìhuì de zhōng le zìjǐ de guǐjì .
19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness” ;
20 Yòu shuō , zhǔ zhīdào zhìhuì rén de yìniàn shì xūwàng de .
20 and again, “The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.”
21 Suǒyǐ wúlùn shuí , dōu bùkĕ ná rén kuākǒu . yīnwei wàn yǒu quán shì nǐmen de .
21 So then, no more boasting about human leaders! All things are yours,
22 Huò Bǎoluó , huò yà bō luó , huò Jīfǎ , huò shìjiè , huò shēng , huò sǐ , huò xiànjīn de shì , huò jiānglái de shì , quán shì nǐmen de .
22 whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world or life or death or the present or the future—all are yours,
23 Bìngqiĕ nǐmen shì shǔ Jīdū de . Jīdū yòu shì shǔ shén de .
23 and you are of Christ, and Christ is of God.
